3 years since we had this last ( Papies 92) and this is now in its full stride and yet with a lot more to deliver. Fresh still , bright and full of energy, saline , mineral and the citrus fruit shines like a top end Chablis. Soft flinty edge and a magical wine in the making. A wine many like to hate on account of its marketing success but really this 2018 will put the cheap seat nay-sayers to the wall. 94-95

Blind tasted. Pale/shiny. Hay, yellow fruits. Yellow flowers. Alcohol bites. Eau de vie burns. Herbs. Yellow plums, not very ripe. Slight metallic taste. Oaky roundness, creaminess later on. Mineral. Finishes salty. Tasty

Pnp, blind tasting in Zalto. Shy nose of lemon and meringue. Mouth full, salty and moderate minerality; notes of green wheat, density of chartreuse spirit, ending long and pure. Best Assyrtiko I had from my small experience.

Much like earlier TNs and albeit we know it is young and needs more time in bottle we cannot resist it at the Arts Club Brasserie, London. Mineral, saline, stone fruits and such a great wine . Young but still excellent. 92 now but with an easy mid 90s future.

Pale Gold, Silver Hues. Citrus, Salt, Wet Stones. High, refreshing Acidity. Salinity, Minerality. Medium (-) Body. Long, intense finish. It' s gonna be much better in 4-5 years.
