  • An interesting nose of gasoline and flint makes this seem stern and serious, but it’s actually quite playful. It’s very bright and spritely, with sleek lemon-lime fruit but a healthy dose of sugar, making those fruits a bit candied but not really adding weight to the palate. A clean, but sweet, mineral driven finish. At only 8% abv, this is one of the best aperitif wines I can think of, as it’s delicious and extremely easy drinking, albeit on the sweeter side of the spectrum.
