Four days of skin contact, six months ageing on lees. Citrus, lemon curd, rose and other flowers on the nose. The medium-bodied palate continues with the same ingredients, adding some lychee and decent stony acidity. Oily mouthfeel and long finish, tapering towards acids and stony bitterness. A textured and aromatic, but still balanced take on the quite rare indigenous varietal. Nice.
