  Too linear on the first day. I re-corked it and put it in the refrigerator for 2 days, and it opened up with a more complex character.
  Deep amber. Raisin, almond, nuts, honey, and haw flakes. Long aftertaste. To me, its acidity is not high enough to balance the sweetness, so we need complexity here. Maybe another 5-10 years are needed to let the wine show.
