PnP. Oak dominates the nose. Light bodied. Mostly vegetal notes on the palate with green apple hints. Short oakey finish. Just an ok wine. The Bachelder version of this wine (Wismer-Foxcroft) is much better.

Clear pale gold; clean medium nose of lemon curd, light kraft caramel and sweet pink grapefruit; dry; medium plus acidity; medium alcohol; medium plus body; medium plus flavour intensity; palate is a little tarter with addition of green apple; medium plus finish; drink now; lovely effort - one of the best Ontario Chardonnay’s we’ve had - although this bottle seemed to be a little more citrusy than previous bottles
