  This was a tough one as our kitchen still a bit smoky from making dinner. Poking around through the smoke I could find yellow pear, tangerine, kiwi and a lovely green almond note. A floral aroma hung over the whole bouquet. On the palate was reasonably acidic with a slight nutty flavour, though that could have been the brussels sprouts tricking me! Didn't quite work with the sprouts but glad I tried it.
