Solera champagne, approximately 1/3 base harvest from 2013 and 2/3 reserves from 1982 through 2012. Ripe color getting a bit of that golden tint. Rich nose of mature apple, grapes, bakery, fondant, marzipan, cask and ever so slight hints of roasted meat. Not a burned kind of sensation, but its succulent inner core. Enjoyable taste, again of maturing wine, ticks many of the right boxes with its blend of freshness, aging, spices, wood, grass/trees/farmland and some stone. Substantial minerals through the tail. Brought associations to higher-tier Agrapart, for some reason. Still a little bit linear, all in all, and air did not really do much. Likely to benefit from further aging. Am glad I have more bottles.
