  • 24 hours bottle decanting, 187 ml into mini bottle for 2 hours then back into origin bottle.

    Really nice.

  • Not bad, just a little "hot and hollow". On par with PdB at 2/3 the cost. Might be closed down atm. Drink or hold.

    二类香气:橡木带来的:香草,丁香,雪松,烟熏,肉豆蔻香气;
    陈年香:皮革,森林地表,泥土,蘑菇,湿树叶等瓶内陈年香;
    甜度:干,酸度:高,单宁:高,酒精度:高,酒体:饱满,气泡的口感:无,味道浓度:浓郁,回味:短
    质量评估:很好陈年潜力:现在已能饮用,并具陈年潜力;
    综合评述:开瓶barolo特有的紫罗兰香气浓郁,同样成熟的红果香气也偏向于黑果,可用非常成熟发黑的红李子来形容,入口橡木桶香气比闻起来更加突显,偏重丁香,香草等法国桶带来的香料味…陈年香略有散出,湿树叶蘑菇、森林地表等植物香,略有一点点皮革带来的动物香臭味,但不明显介于可有可无之间;单宁质地相对不够完美,平衡度很好,尝不出14.5%的高酒精;与bdm相比更为饱满
