  24 hours bottle decanting, 187 ml into mini bottle for 2 hours then back into origin bottle.

  Not bad, just a little "hot and hollow". On par with PdB at 2/3 the cost. Might be closed down atm. Drink or hold.

  澄清度：清澈,颜色深度中,呈石榴红色;纯净性:纯净,香气浓度中(+);陈年度:陈年中;
  香气特征：
  一类香气：紫罗兰等花香；红樱桃,红李子,草莓,覆盆子,红浆果等红色水果香;等草药香;
  二类香气：橡木带来的:香草,丁香,雪松,烟熏,肉豆蔻香气;
  陈年香：皮革,森林地表,泥土,蘑菇,湿树叶等瓶内陈年香;
  甜度：干,酸度：高,单宁：高,酒精度：高,酒体：饱满,气泡的口感:无,味道浓度:浓郁,回味：短
  质量评估：很好陈年潜力:现在已能饮用，并具陈年潜力;
  综合评述：开瓶barolo特有的紫罗兰香气浓郁，同样成熟的红果香气也偏向于黑果，可用非常成熟发黑的红李子来形容，入口橡木桶香气比闻起来更加突显，偏重丁香，香草等法国桶带来的香料味…陈年香略有散出，湿树叶蘑菇、森林地表等植物香，略有一点点皮革带来的动物香臭味，但不明显介于可有可无之间；单宁质地相对不够完美，平衡度很好，尝不出14.5%的高酒精；与bdm相比更为饱满
