  • Color is deep golden yellow. On the nose: Apricot, honey, white flowers and orange zest. On the palate: Apricot, orange, beeswax, honey, white flowers and tons of salinity/minerality. It’s the minerality/salinity which is most interesting to me. It is really a characteristic of the better Sicilian whites. I bought 2 bottles on a recent trip to London and this one is my first. I am definitely going to seek out this producer going forward. This is a very interesting wine. I would like the finish to be a bit longer but I am really enjoying the flavor profile of this wine.

  • Complex nose, developing in an interesting way. Nutty honeyed character. Inviting; quite a mineral style, good spine of refreshing acidity. Lovely wine, would be good served with food. Delicious.
