Intense clear, pink color with strawberries/raspberries on the nose. Nice acidity, hint of bread, red fruit, good body, and a medium finish. This wine is wonderful.

They are the first to make Rose in a traditional method dating back to 1962 which is the cuvee Max. This is a version. Unripe cherry fruit to it is the idea - tart but in the best possible way I am being told. Mostly Pinot Nero and Chardonnay and RS is 10 garms / L.
And that is the case - a tart cherry through the palate. Doesn't taste like 10 grams RS at all. I would guess bone dry. Lively and crisp.
