  • Medium Gold. A lot of honey & cow pats in here, I'd imagine not to everyone's taste, but if you like your grand cru Chablis several notches up on a premier cru then it's for you. Rather challenging to match with food due to the sheer concentration of honey on the nose. Developing aromas leaning towards the vegetal instead of floral aromas. Acid +, medium bodied & a very long length ending on nutty aftertaste. Can age for another 4 or 5 years easily before developing that lovely "sour" taste. Maybe better suited to an after-dinner sipping wine (in that scenario it proves to be a very good alternative to a red).
