  This is soooo easy to drink. Nicely balanced ripping acidity with pinch of sweetness. Also a sense of clean lightness and minerality. Classic apple and beeswax aroma. Unmistakably, deliciously riesling.

  Brilliant, clear, pale yellow in the glass.
  
  Very typical medium intensity Riesling nose. Notes of Allen's apple juice, petrol / tupperware, lemon peel, wet mossy stone and some yeasty baked apple.
  
  On the palate this wine is light and well-balanced with laser-sharp acidity, low alcohol and some residual sugar.
  
  Flavours of sweet green apple, lime juice, tart lemon and honey.
  
  Highly recommended.

  Aromas of red apple, peach, lemon, some petrol and good minerality
  Off dry (ie, a touch of subtle sweetness)
  High acid, very juicy
  Low alcohol
  Medium length
