Medium body.
Nice acid and tannin.
Blackberry plum gooseberry.
Nice wine good with food.

A 50/50 cabernet merlot drinking well now in August 2023. Medium bodied, rich and mouth filling with elegant tannins providing enough length and structure to savour. Decanted using the Venturi an hour or more before drinking.

Medium-bodied, round, supple, fruity, and with a nice, tobacco edge to the nose and palate, this is ready-to-go. Drink from 2023-2032.
