  One of the producers or better we should say collaborations that we shy away maybe a few odd bottles of early vintages but in the last year serendipitously we have crossed paths with both the beautiful 2017 ( Papies 92) and on this occasion this majestic 2016.
  Impressive from the word go, smoky flinty , bright citrus nose that made the table go wow. The palate continues the same tune and at par, saline, mineral and with bright polished acidity. This is indeed Pure Santorini Assyrtiko in name and beauty. An easy 94 from us and maybe even more. Drink from now and this has an easy decade ahead of it.
