Clear, Medium ruby in color.
Medium- intensity aromas, deveolping: stewed black currant, vanilla, tar, graphite, dusty cocoa, medicinal.
Dry with medium body, medium acidity, high (rough) tannins, medium+ intensity flavors: herbaceous, medicinal, blackberry bramble, fruitcake, mincemeat. Feels hot on alcohol. Medium length finish.
