  • This is an outstanding Sekt. My first thought when opening the bottle was that it looks very much like a Rheingau Grand Cru Riesling with Bubbles. It has a very distinct Riesling color. The taste was exactly the same, Grand Cru Riesling. And no surprise, since Berg Roseneck is actually Grand Cru, only the complexity of German wine designation do not allow this to be printed on the bottle. Outstanding quality. If you can get hold of a bottle, don't hesitate.
