  exceptional. One of the best expressions of plums on the palate. perfectly ripe and has elements of macerations and some funk. Expressive nose shows more earth elements. My last bottle. wish i had 6 more.

  A gorgeous wine with subdued, balanced, and crunchy cranberry fruit with a barely perceptible Burgundian funkiness to the aroma. This is a study in graceful winemaking...the tannins are low, the acidity is in balance, the extract is moderate, and it seems the minimal sulfur dose was spot-on as this has just enough of a feral edge to complement the fruit without overwhelming it. Not sure how this will age but her wines at Bibei seemed to hold together for 5-8 years after release.
  Outstanding now so don’t hesitate to open a bottle!
