Very pale/translucent ruby, tending toward brownish. It does feel rather natural, and certainly a bit off, on opening. Earthy, with some musky astringency. On the second night, and especially the third, it really starting to unfurl, and became much more friendly. This was surprisingly enjoyable, even according to my wife, who has become suspicious of many Jura reds.

This bottle screams natural wine, in a way I usually don't love. It's cloudy and color is a bit weird, light but somewhat brownish. Nose is also clearly off at opening, with cider and nail polish. It gets much better after breathing for a half hour. Lots of fresh red fruit and candy. Mouth is very light-footed, no tannins, simple and a bit short but really quite pleasant. Not at all on par with more serious Poulsards like Pignier's "En chôné". I will drink up my other bottle soon, it might age but I won't take the chance.

Short note - light red fruit, pale red and abot cloudy, the nose is medium intense with aromas of cherries, very mineralic, pepper, roses, earthy. Palate is light, medium+ acidity, cherries, red currant, very easy drinking, mineralic, roses, clay like minerality, very well balanced, long finish. This is very good quality, unsure about the longevity, but I guess that this will develop positive for at least the 5 next years. 90p
