By the glass. A biodinamic elaboration that works even in this price segment. Red apple on the nose and an impenetrable density in the mouth. Lack of acidity although quite mineral. I would not advise to let it age beyond a couple of years.
Por copas. Una elaboración biodinamica que funciona incluso en este segmento de precio. Manzana roja en nariz y una densidad impenetrable en boca. Falto de acidez aunque bastante mineral. No aconsejaría dejarla envejecer más allá de un par de años.
