Served @ 10c/50f with Tuna & Linguini in Lemon sauce; paired exceptionally well with the lemon pasta.
Quite similar to the 2017 vintage (except 2018 is 12.5% abv vs 12.0 for the 2017). Nice clear pale yellow in the glass. Nose of floral almond & allspice with apple and white pepper on the palate. Light-bodied with some sensation of effervescence. Off-dry; fruitness, but not overly sweet. Medium acid with a lingering, semi-tart finish.
Crisp and refreshing, a good accompaniment with food or just sipping on its own. Spouse and Daughter Endorsed.

Consistent with other bottles in this vintage, and other vintages. Drank warmer than usual (refrigerator failing) but still was very good and an excellent pairing with Thai foods.

Consistent with previous notes, but not quite as crisp - perhaps just past peak. Still an excellent pairing with Thai foods (all five dishes at the table).

Pale lemon with intense aromas of honey and white flowers. Off-dry style with intense flavors of lychee, lemon, pear, tangerine, and green apple. Alcohol medium, acid medium+
Paired well with cajun shrimp. Widely available with fantastic QPR. Will buy again.
