Gregor Breuer Tasting (Villa Merton, 1 Michelin Star, Frankfurt): Glass: Schott Zwiesel White wine Clear, medium golden color. Surprisingly youthful. Wonderful smoky and dense nose without any sign of mold or deterioration. On the palate lean and surprisingly fresh with a wonderful lively acidity. Some ripe apple and yellow stone fruit. Some green notes from stems that gives the wine a good grip. All components still very good balanced. Long finish. What a wonderful and unique experience! 92-93
