Prob great with decadent brie chicken. $35 retail, outstanding example... ‘AL-Zass’; Gris roughly means gray for color of grape. Schloss is an 8 century yr. old castle that protects alsace. 1st grand cru vinyard. S/SE Steep slopes ~250-400 meter elevation.
