  The wine looks light gold colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like lime, passion fruit, mango and petrol. It tastes like lime, petrol, apple blossom, honeysuckle, orange blossom, peach blossom, biscuity and baker's yeast. The body is medium. The wine has round texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has high acidity.

  WSET Level 3, Session 12: Premium White Wine Regions of the New World (Online): Appearance: clear medium lemon
  Nose: clean, medium(-) intensity, secondary, youthful. Lime, lemon, apple, quince. Wet stone. Chamomile, elderflower. Kerosene? Simple.
  Palate: dry, high acidity, light bodied, medium alcohol (11,5% alcohol). Medium(+) finish, medium(+) intensity, secondary. Lime, lemon, apple, quince. Wet stone. Chamomile, elderflower. Kerosene? Simple.
  Assessment of quality: very good

  Quite talcy, interesting florals, real depth of lemon showing skin and pith and juice, light on the palate (11.5%) cleansing acidity in the back palate, lots of lemon. Nice
