This one’s so interesting. Only native Georgian grapes, so intriguing right off the bat. Lots of green notes like bell pepper (and jalapeno even) and grass upfront on the nose, with yeast and a hint of lemon or lime backing it up. The palate is exciting, with great zip and nice bubbles and good followthrough on the green notes, as well as a slight nutty astringency that rounds it out very well. One of the coolest sparklers I’ve had.

Fun to try but wouldn’t buy again. Crisp citrus with floral/herbs. Med-short finish. Medium size bubbles. Served at 48F. Just wished it had more structure.
