  • Dark inky ruby color, super saturated.

Aromas of plum, blueberry, black cherry, some faint red fruit, leather, bacon fat and iron. Definite savory notes coming from the Syrah. Nose continues to evolve in the glass.

On the palate this wine is powerful, full bodied, and complex. It has plenty more aging potential. Tannins are pronounced and grippy, acidity is medium+, finish is long and complex. This is really good value for money. Will be picking up some more bottles.

  • Saturated purple color. Absolutely beautiful nose of creme de cassis, sweet vanilla-tinged oak, leaf tobacco, cedar and blackberry liquer. Full-bodied and voluptuous. This is loaded with sweet black fruits of nearly every description, spice, new oak, black raspberry liquer, prunes, wild flowers and hot rocks. This wine has a feminine quality despite its size. Truly excellent now, this should continue to develop over the next 10 years or so. Drink now-2031 94.
