  Continues to develop well. At two years old it is still youthful and primary, a bit grippy even, with fresh and polished ripe fruit, good Vosne typicity, and excellent structure and drive for its quality level. Needs a few years to show its innate finesse.

  Unsurprisingly, this is a more substantial wine than the delightfully airy, almost ethereal 2017. This 2018 is more in the vein of the 2015 (also a warm vintage), but clean as a whistle, without any reduction, and it shows a more elegance and finesse. Ripe but fresh blue fruit, red meat, a touch of Vosne spice, impeccable balance, silky tannins, good resonance and length. It needs two years and will last for 5-8 years after the vintage, maybe longer. Amazing QPR.
