For this price point this was an excellent wine, not as full bodied as the Russian River, but an excellent overall production. It was more medium bodied, with good acidity, I could taste lime, peach, and butter notes, with mild smoke. Definitely a great restaurant buy or a picnic in the park...also tasted great with my cigar.

Another well made wine from this underrated producer. Medium gold as it sits in the glass. Fresh pastry, honeydew melon, peach and a touch of lemon peel on the nose. The palate is classic Monterey with some very ripe, juicy mango, pineapple and apricot with a nice lick of toasty oak and really fine acidity into the well balanced, mouthwatering finish. I don't think this is quite at the level of their Sonoma Coast Chardonnay which has been superb the past couple of vintages but this ticks all the boxes if you're looking for value for money. Drinking very well now.

A decent Chard. I’ve enjoyed the Chateau Ste. Michelle Indian Wells and the KJ Vintners Reserve. Found this to be a little more acidic than the others. I like a creamier mouthfeel. If you’re looking for crisp, this is it.

Drank with smoked chicken. Paired VERY WELL and the acidity was a nice contrast to the smoked meat. Very nice.

Nice vanilla, oak, rockmellon, with a touch of lemon and honey. Overall, very pleasant wine with nice balance.
