Fruit driven. Very dark color. Fruity nose. Bouquet of dark and red cherry. Vanilla. Fresh. Medium finish. Not sure how this is going to develop secondary notes. Will test again in a couple of years

Late night at home. Pop and pour. Drank in Conterno Sensory. Appearance is clear, deep intensity, purple colour. Legs. Nose medium+ intensity, with aromas of very light funk, smokiness, blackberries, purple fruits, toasty new oak. Developing. On the palate, dry, lovely high acidity, high alcohol (144.5%), silky smooth high tannins, just about full body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of oily black fruit, blackberries, purple fruits, smoky bacon, milk chocolate oak, spices. Long spicy finish. Good quality. Well made high altitude Malbec. Needs a few more years for the oak to integrate.

Option for the 2023 World Malbec Day was the very first vintage of Per Se’s high-elevation produce Inseparable (10.8k bottles produced) - cool-climate w a gentle softness of texture & excellent freshness. Deep red/garnet, dark core, semi-translucent edges. Up-front a tad shy, increasingly juicy nose featuring dark cherries, cassis, herbs, sweet spice, floral in style, integrated vanilla oak. Mouthwatering acidity, gentle tannins, medium-bodied, perfectly integrated but too linear, juicy fruit-drive & round finish!

Dark, dark red, nearly black. Dark blue berries on the nose. Velvety on the palate, fresh, very gentle but lasting tannins. Fruit-driven.

Poured a purple hue. Fragrant red berries and an elegant, silky texture.
