  • 90 Proof - Four-Grain Mash Bill, Straight Bourbon
This is a rare treat to sample some homegrown, estate whiskey. Not many distillers can claim that title.
This whiskey is refined and stylish, medium nectar weight, good complex value with fresh jelly stonefruit pie filling, mild spice and a lingering finish.
    Mash Bill:
    66.6% Yellow Dent Corn
    10% Winter Wheat
    11.4% Winter Rye
12% Two Row Barley (malted on-site)
I'm giving these guys big time street credit on account of their farm to bottle philosophy and complex, highly drinkable whiskies.
