Absolutely delicious wine. Have enjoyed many a Boheme. Never disappointed. Taylor Ridge is a great vineyard. Boheme makes amazing pinot. That is all they do. Balance, finesse, elegance and a fun ride. Gorgeous fruit, great acidity, and a very respectable finish.
Taylor Ridge Vineyard grows on a wooded bluff, approximately 5 miles from the Pacific Ocean. Its sandy-clay loam soil derives from the prehistoric Wilson Grove Sea, which once covered western Sonoma County. During the growing season, cool fog from Tomales and Bodega Bays engulfs the coastal ridge top—a climate that slows nutrient uptake by the vines, giving wines of uncommon delicacy and red-fruit beauty.

Not sure what to expect as my first Boheme wine was underwhelming. This was better. Bright red fruits with balanced acidity. Drank well, but not particularly remarkable.

higher acidity than the English hill, a bit more tart, otherwise similar notes.
