Outstanding again. Today with a nice big tostada topped with salmon for me and shrimp fajitas for the wifey. This might be the most food friendly wine known to man. ;)

PnP- OR Pinot glass Coarse bubbles. Toasty and yeasty notes. Bitter notes. Tart lemon and apple skins. Blend of creamy and angular textures. Pleasing juice with moderate complexity and interest. Outperforms its price point for sure. Not sure about longevity and upside because this was finished in one night. That said, it does feel a little constrained and that some time may allow it to open up further and show additional complexity. Drink now and over the next 5 or so years. Self- wait until 2025 for the next one.

A little rubbery and reductive for the first 30 minutes or so. Light to medium straw color with a fine, lazy fizz. The bouquet certainly shows a fair amount of toasty oak and roasted nut, but on the palate there is enough fruit to create some complexity for this value play. Loads of biscuit and brioche. Creamy, with just a slight honey sweetness but it doesn't show flabby or loose. In fact, it's rather taught and bright, which makes it even more interesting and enjoyable. Great for just about any food you want to pair with it. 3+12+17+8= 90

Delicious. Lots of small bubbles. Good fruit—pears and strawberries—with just a touch of funk
