Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • Deep amber. Nose of barley sugar, nectarine, white flowers, baked apple. Creamy and lightly sweet, RS largely resolved after 40+ years, but with no discernible acidity underpinning it. Mid-palate is like a second cup of tea from the same teabag. The long finish is unexpected and intriguing but not enough to compensate for the overall flabbiness.
