Petrol totally dominates the nose, with just a touch of candied lemon. The palate is somewhat viscous, with notes of petrol, brine, wet stone, and lemon. Finishes a bit short. Not my style of Riesling (I dislike the petrol notes) but very good if this is your thing. A well-made wine with plenty of life ahead.

Very enjoyable with nice stone fruit and acidity. It is hard to place. It is definitely would not be mistaken for either German or NY Finger lake but is its own style.

Floral with an effervescent red apple + tropical fruit sweetness that is pleasant to drink both alone and with food. The solid acid backbone helps it hold up well against charred steak fat. The finish is short, but dry and cleansing.
Showed great with New York strip and steak trimming yakisoba. As another person has already mentioned, this does best when its colder than room temp.

8.5% ABV Light clear amber color, some residual sugar. Green apple, melon, good acidity. Very enjoyable. Cole Ranch Mendocino County, planted in 1973.

Wine tasting w/ fraternal twin 2019 Bedrock Cole Ranch Zweiter Zweieiiger Zwilling. Paired w/ rotisserie chicken, zucchini/rice, corn bread and caesar salad. Very fun.
