  • Pronounced nose intensity with notes of ripe lemon, white flora, pear, apple. Very aromatic on the nose. However the finish is short as compare to the nose. It was shared one the second/third by a friend who can’t finish and decide to share among friends.

  • Having tried their Pinot and being starstruck we had to try their Chardonnay especially as people raved about it. It’s a good wine and granted this was young but still was not as eye opening as their Pinot which captivated us ( rated 94 their 2015 the other day) . Soft oaky, well round and properly made wine for sure but for the price we would struggle. 92

  • served 2 hours after opening. Already showing beautifully with toasty oak that definitely reminded one of Meursault, but more elegant. Four hours after opening this was still showing flint and toast. Drinking so, so well.

  • It’s super young but wanted to see what the underlying material tasted like. Very coiled, very packed with flavor. As expected a bit of oak influence that needs to dissipate. For those who say a cross between GC Chablis and GC Burg (say a Chevy Mont or a Corton Charlie)… I agree. Will be very interesting to follow over the years, if the longevity is there (as spoken of), it may be spectacular. The variability of paths with pre-mox as well young modern chard is a tricky one so if this stays true to course, it may hold a significant international role (and be lauded for it).

  • Still a bit dominated by new oak, and while drinking nicely on a sunny Sunday on the terrace it was a bit one dimensional. But given the aging track record, lets see how it develops in a couple of years.
