Wonderful bouquet. Deep and full, well above its pay grade. Vanillin on the palate needs a bit of time to integrate the oak. But well balanced and drinkable right now.

At L'Univerre, Bordeaux - €12 per glass. Showing apple, with some nice soily, minerally complexity on the nose. Medium bodied, with lovely weight, peach fruit, creamy vanilla, fresh acidity, decent length. Very good indeed.

A little ripe and fruity on night 1. Better on day 2

Solid. A little riper but fun to drink. Some tropics + little but of oak. Better on day 1 than day 2 and really better the first hour or so
