  • murky pink. reductive nose with soft citrus. crispy freshness on the palate. a light body that has structure that benefits from some from it's unfiltered state. just barely effervescent. crunchy flavors of blood orange, little red berries, and lemon zest. minimal fine tannin. maybe a bit sharp but good with food.

  • Color: dark pink with orange reflexes, opaque. Modest mousse
Nose: bit of barn funk, strawberry, lemon, grapefruit, hibiscus, some beef jerky
Palate: Perlage is delicate. The sip had good acidity and a good body. Aromas of grapefruit and hibiscus, strawberry and lemon confirm the nose. Some milkiness.
    Finish: short

Very interesting hibiscus note, on a rustic but tersely acidic background that screams for fatty food. The color is unreal. Opens up with air to reveal a true grapefruit bomb, bitterness included
