  Med Pink. Slightly hazy. Natural style. Med intensity. Dry. High acidity. Raspberries and red forest fruit, wet stones. Sour cherry. Yeasty and earthy. Rustic and funk with a balanced volatile. V.Good.

  Color: dark pink with orange reflexes, opaque. Modest mousse
  Nose: bit of barn funk, strawberry, lemon, grapefruit, hibiscus, some beef jerky
  Palate: Perlage is delicate. The sip had good acidity and a good body. Aromas of grapefruit and hibiscus, strawberry and lemon confirm the nose. Some milkiness.
  Finish: short
  
  Very interesting hibiscus note, on a rustic but tersely acidic background that screams for fatty food. The color is unreal. Opens up with air to reveal a true grapefruit bomb, bitterness included
