  Consumed this along with 3 other wines during a dinner at the Guttings. I was most looking forward to trying this special wine, compliments of Rod Berglund for the four of us to share … after I went on and on about my love for mourvedre during our dinner with Rod a couple of months ago. Of all the wines, this had the most amazing, heady aromas that danced out of the glass, inviting you in … a characteristic I find in all of the JS wines I have had the pleasure of consuming. Creamy, luscious layers of blackberry, plums and spice ... an intriguing and compelling delight. Another fantastic treat from Rob. Must track down more of this wine.
