The gewurztraminer - which is the driest one they make. And its still a touch fresh but also has a sense of fat dough to it.

OLN Riesling. But more acidity I am being told. A bit more vanilla and cream to it. A bit flat to me on the palate.
The dry Riesling. Smells like a dry Riesling. Shows a touch of petrol to it, not a huge amount. Lots of citrus, touch of melon and allot of acidity.
The sparkling one with C02 pushed into the solution. Crisp and fresh and easy. At $20 its a bit over but still fun.
