This is a bright medium yellow colored wine. There's apple, lemon, lime, pineapple, tropical fruit, and butterscotch on the palate. There's a persistent and long finish with significant salinity. This is a full body and elegant wine at the same time. The acidity is in perfect balance with the seamless structure of this wine. I've drunk several examples of chardonnay from this Fort Ross Seaview AVA which makes some of the best chardonnay from California, and this is one of the best from there.

Very nice on initial pour, but was too cold out of regular fridge. Became so delicious after an hour with air & warmth. Burgundian style yet also CA soft ripe fruit. Kept offering different notes of complexity. Really delicious now, yet can age for another year or two to develop further nuances.

I am 72 years young and have been drinking Chardonnay for many years, and have never had one like this. Burgundian depth, minerality and so beautifully balanced. Served with saline boiled lobster - perfect!

A great chard that continues to drink very well - notes of crisp white fruit, lemon curd, flint, with hint of herbal qualities. Good acidity and long satisfying finish. Paired with grilled pacific cod.
