I join and echo my fellow Community tasters: taste a lesson in winemaking. Concentration without centrifuge extraction, depth and complexity without overt oaking, a serious wine made for raising glass after glass with a knowing smile. As noted by a previous taster, you could spend double and triple the price for wines which offer much less enjoyment.

Another solid vintage of this Cabernet Franc from Sheridan - the first of three, it reveals subtle but rich notes of cedar, blackberry, herbs, and vanilla, turning to graphite, cherry, plum, and a distinct note of fudge with time. In the mouth it doesn't really show its stuff until after 2-3 hours in the decanter, showcasing big, rich flavors of dark and red fruits, chocolate, and game. This will likely improve over the coming years, and we look forward to following it!

Delicious. Thought I took real time notes on this. Very accessible, blueberry, cocoa powder, loads of power and interest

Most delightful nose of Cran-cherry. Less tannic than I expected at this age. Lots of cherry fruit, good balalance. Drinking really well rn

Nice wine with dark berries, spices, floral and minerals. Medium plus finish. Concentrated effort that will age for another 7-9 years.
