Medium-light color for a Sangiovese. Fragrant cherry-berry nose. Soft entry with lots of dried cherry in the taste and just a hint of tannin in the finish. More like a Sangiovese from Umbria or further south in Italy than one from Tuscany. Due to the low acidity, best when consumed young.
