  Fresh from wine club shipment. Pop and pour. High shoulder fill. Deep Ruby color. Nose of blueberries, tart cherries, little marionberry. Taste of blueberry on the front yielding to celery, graphite and oak on the back, with underlying marionberry/blackberry. It's not bad at all, but was expecting a bit more complexity, though it has been getting better with each sip. Perhaps with time or on day 2 the profile will change.
  
  Update: the wine does improve on second and third day. A bit more Oregon Pinot sweetness, though there is a grapefruit bitterness on the back end.
  Update: Gets a lot better with some time. On 4th day in vacuvin, showing notes of cherry and apple, the fruit opened up nicely.
