Carbonic Sangio to serve cold...honestly I thought it was better cellar temp. Spritzy at opening and still reads a bit heavier than I would have liked. There’s tart berry and cherry but at the time has a synetic sweetness to it and reminds me of Sangria Señorial.

This is pretty fun. It captures that Sangio quality and California sun. Light bodied, juicy, LOTS of cherries and strawberries. Bright and fresh. Serve with a little chill. Quite happy with this.

Tried it cold like reviews and blogs said. Bitter and not real good.

Label turns blue - so chill it. Lively and fresh, nicely done. Juicy fruit with a bit of pleasant tartness.
