  Excellent expression of Oregon Chardonnay from Soter vineyards white wine program. Medium/high acid, medium/full body, smooth tannins. Notes of apple and stone fruit, minerality, salinity, and roundness from partial malolactic fermentation. Subtle flint notes reminiscent of Burgundian Chardonnay…a great example of new world wine made in an old world style. Soter continues to impress!
