  • Very pleasant with Indian food. Nose is fruit forward, but I cannot identify the fruit. Fruit on the pallet as well. Fuller mouth feel than some Australian/New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs. Fruit on the aftertaste, with none (or maybe a hint) of the minerality of a Sancerre.

The wine looks very pale yellow gold colored. It smells like melon. It tastes like honeydew. The body is medium. The wine has silky texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium acidity.
