83% Meunier, 17% Chardonnay, disgorged November 2020 without dosage. strawberry and watermelon on the nose. Wonderful peach, persimmon and blood orange on the first sip. The finish carries for a very long time. There’s really good balance between the fruit and acid, it’s racy and exciting but probably develops with patience, though given how much I enjoy these, that’s not likely. I continue to be very impressed by the Dehours champagnes and will continue to buy them.
