This has evolved wonderfully with time, now displaying more buttery, oaky notes but still has the fruit to balance it all out. Great drinking just on its own. Wowsa!

Crisp and bright. Plenty of acid but also solid fruit. Notes of green apple and pear, lemon and quince. Probably will settle down over time. If I had more, I would hold it for a year or two.

I always like the forward floral fruit in the Devil's Gulch Chard. This is crisp and acidic per its terroir so take that into account for food pairing.
