Would guess this is fairly entry level Poulsard, given the landed price in Australia. And is certainly tastes like an entry level wine. Totally inoffensive, ripe red berries dominate a palate that lacks any tannin and has *just* enough acid. Slightly better depth on Day 2. Nice but not memorable.

Interesting wine. Drunk chilled as suggested. Quite fruity, like a cross between a gamay and an Australian rose. Very pleasant summer drink.
