I have always enjoyed wine from Dry Creek Vineyard. This particular bottle was above average. Smells and tastes of Mineral and Stoniness. Earthy. Drank with roasted chicken, mixed fingerling potatoes, and veggies.

Bordeaux blend: 70% merlot, 13% cab franc, 12 % cab sauvignon, 5% petit verdot. Cedary nose with soft merlot fruit and a slightly floral (lavender?) note. Very good on the palate. Good rich fruit, nicely balanced. Huge structure. Very Good Indeed.
