Dusty, minerals and effervescent tablet, initially a little bland, just a hint of oak. With time some wet wool, and I got this (weird) idea that it tasted a bit lika a Muscadet; seashells and ocean connotations. In a flight of 8 Bourgognes I could have guessed this was a Chablis, which it in fact was not. Personally, I'm not super fond of the over-oaky stuff so the Chablis note is a compliment from me.
